This new 4 System capitalizes on Toyota Tundras large wheelwell opening to allow use of 35 tall tires with minimum lift height. The design of this 4 System is a new style of suspension that delivers improved performance with fewer parts, and comes with an affordable price. The system includes replacement upper control with a .120 wall DOM arm with heavy duty extended range ball joints that provide additional strength to the front suspension. Heavy duty extended length steering knuckles are included to provide proper functionality of the factory ESC (Electronic Stability Control) with 35 tall tires. The knuckles retain the stock track width keeping the tires under the front fenders. The front differential is relocated to keep CV angles proper during the full range of travel. Front bump stop extensions and brake hose relocation brackets complete the front suspension. Rear lift comes from a 1 lift block and u-bolt system to level the stance of the vehicle. The 4 System is available with a spacer system to retain the factory Coilover shocks and rear Performance shocks.
The factory GM upper control arms are replaced with Fabtech’s heavy duty ball joint tubular arms. They are constructed with 1.50? OD DOM steel tubing and feature a high travel ball joint that is sizably larger than stock. This provides for increased strength both on and offroad. Fabtech sets the ball joint angle to allow for full travel without bind throughout the travel range.
Fabtech offers their Stealth shocks with this suspension. They are a sealed monotube shock that has a Nitrocarb piston rod for corrosion resistance and resist rock chipping. They will provide a great highway ride with good offroad damping capacity.
This high quality GM 2500HD lift kit offers an increased ride height for enthusiasts looking to run a 35? tall tire with enhanced offroad capabilities. The stance of the vehicle will become more level front to rear for an aggressive look.
Fabtech’s forged torsion bar keys replace the factory units and allow for additional ride height adjustment to work in conjunction with the new upper control arms.
