This is an new OEM itsubishi bolt with captive washer for the timing tensioner pulley.
This is a factory superseded/upgraded part. Don't risk your engine over a part this affordable.
Our latest batch from Mitsubishi (several hundred bolts) were all #7, so Mitsu has gone back to that for some reason. These are new though and you do benefit from them never being torque before.
